At Hinton Academy of Excellence, our mission is to cultivate academic mastery, strong character, and confident leadership in every student we serve.

We are committed to providing a structured, high-expectation learning environment where students in Grades 3–8 are challenged to grow intellectually while developing the motivation, discipline, and resilience necessary for lifelong success.

Hinton Academy of Excellence exists to bridge the gap between traditional education and whole-child development ensuring students are prepared for high school, higher education, and beyond.

Meet the Founder Michaesha Hinton

Founder & Educational Leader

With over 20 years of hands-on leadership experience in youth development, behavioral health, and community impact, Michaesha Hinton founded Hinton Academy of Excellence to create a school environment where students are both challenged and supported.

Her passion for empowering youth and strengthening families led to the development of Life Coaching 4 Kids Center — and now, Hinton Academy of Excellence.

Her leadership philosophy is simple:
